Shipping Policy

We deliver pet beds to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or destinations outside the United States. Please use a complete street address.

Two stages of your delivery

Processing: 1–3 business days. This is the time we use to prepare your order before it is handed to a carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Transit: an estimated 4–12 business days after dispatch. Carrier estimates vary by bed and destination. Processing time is additional; the estimated combined window is 5–15 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, holiday volumes and carrier interruptions can affect arrival.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more after discounts, before any applicable tax. Orders below $59 have a $6.99 standard shipping charge. The checkout shows your available shipping charge before you place an order.

Following your delivery

We provide tracking information when your order ships. If an order travels in more than one package, the packages may arrive on different days. Contact us if the tracking shows a problem or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located.

Address changes and delays

Check the address and ZIP code before ordering. Contact us promptly to request a correction or cancellation; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If we cannot ship within the stated processing window, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law. We will not treat silence as consent to an indefinite delay.

Delivery damage

Keep the packaging and send us your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help with damage or an incorrect item. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the next steps.
