These terms apply to your use of happyhavenbeds.com and purchases from HappyHaven Toys LLC, operating as HappyHaven Beds. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Our pet bed range

We offer non-electric pet beds for household cats and dogs. Product information explains the available materials, dimensions and options. Dimensions are approximate overall measurements unless expressly stated otherwise. Measure your pet at rest and the intended floor space; a size name does not guarantee a fit for a particular breed. Screen settings can affect how colors appear.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable charges are shown before you submit an order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and address information. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; we may contact you if an item cannot be supplied or if there is a material pricing or information error. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, any amount collected for it will be refunded.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains the contiguous U.S. service area, processing, estimated transit and shipping charges. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request period, unused condition, shipping responsibility and refund process. These policies form part of these terms.

Using a bed

Use beds for ordinary pet rest in a suitable, stable location. Follow the product’s care and assembly instructions, inspect parts and fabric regularly and stop using a damaged bed. Keep packaging away from pets and children. Pet beds are not restraint equipment or medical devices, and we make no therapeutic claims.

Accounts and responsible use

Keep account credentials private and let us know about suspected unauthorized access. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content or interfere with another shopper’s use. Website text, branding and design may not be copied for commercial use without permission, except as allowed by law.

Rights and responsibilities

We aim to keep product and service information accurate and will correct errors when identified. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the website or products. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable consumer law places on us.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. We may update these terms; the terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order. Applicable U.S. and Washington law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory rights under your local law.
